About Mosaic
Mosaic is a group of professional musicians who have worked in the Akron-Canton area for many years with various groups. We are now a contemporary large Jazz combo that performs Big Band, Cool Jazz, Latin Jazz, and many other styles. We've added some fresh, new arrangements to our repertoire, and are stepping out in some new directions, including a three-horn combo in addition to the larger ensemble.
If you're looking for an upbeat evening of swing and other dance music for your event, contact Mosaic. We can deliver the full sound of a classic Big Band, and great dance music all night!
Mosaic Jazz Ensembles include a 9-piece ensemble with 6 horns (perfect for a pit orchestra) and our newest group, a sextet with 3 horns.
All of our groups can also add a vocalist!
The Mosaic Sextet with vocalist Don Dasco will be playing a private event this summer at the beautiful Stan Hywet mansion!
